A trusted team leader, Kate anchors the team. A former military officer with a background in counterterrorism, she believes in providing a premier client experience by building genuine and lasting relationships. Her philosophy stands firmly in a “client first” approach. Unflappable in the face of negotiations, Kate combines her intellectual prowess and industry acumen to develop the right deal for her clients, based on quantitative trends and market research. Consistently exceeding her client’s expectations, Kate endeavors to place transitional families in homes they will love for years to come. Kate’s subject matter expertise across various industries lend her to regular invitations to speak at nationally recognized real estate conferences and trainings, and military training seminars. 

Kate resides in Chevy Chase, Maryland with her family. She is fiercely passionate in her work with our veterans and organizations supporting military, veterans, and their families. She dedicates time to the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) as a courier with regular travel all over the world. Kate is an avid reader, fitness lover and enjoys tinkering in her garden. Alongside her husband, she is an intimately involved parent in her 3 children’s lives.
