Mel began her career in real estate in 2017.  Licensed in both Virginia and Maryland, Mel’s approach to client relationships focuses first on listening to her clients’ needs first, educating them on their options and finally delivering the home they’ve been dreaming of.

Mel is a proud Australian that’s lived in three continents. She is an avid traveler, loves to read and has an insatiable thirst for knowledge. Mel holds both an Associates and Bachelors degree. Mel is a proud military spouse and mother to 4 children, and 2 dogs named Milo and Sophie. She’s a deeply passionate animal lover and has been rescuing dogs for over 15 years, with a longterm goal of one day owning a farm filled with rescue animals. Fun fact, she holds a Guinness Book of World Records for GISHWHES, a global scavenger hunt played by thousands of people in over 90 countries.
