Melissa has been a part of Kate’s team from day one. Melissa was raised in North Carolina and after graduating from NC State with a bachelor’s in Sociology and UNC Wilmington with a bachelor’s in Elementary Education, she found her true calling as a real estate agent and partner to Kate. She also brings forward depth of experience in project management and is skilled at meeting logistically challenging renovation milestones.

Melissa is a resident of Alexandria and is very familiar with Old Town Alexandria history and neighborhoods. Building on her interest in early education, she has first-hand experience with both the Alexandria preschool community, and the public and private educational systems. Melissa’s knowledge of the area helps to inform many families during their relocation process.
